I recently took my 2017 Nissan GT-R to Apex Detail Studio for a major transformation. After four years, the wrap I previously had was starting to look tired, and I wanted to return the car to its original colour before applying XPEL Stealth PPF for protection. From the very first contact with Ravi to agree on the price, through to meeting Bilell and seeing the colossal amount of work required, the service was nothing short of exemplary.Bilell kept me updated at every stage, and as they removed the old wrap, they uncovered several issues left behind from the original installation. Despite these unexpected challenges, he was extremely fair and transparent in how they approached the work. What started as a straightforward job quickly turned into something much bigger due to the difficulty of removing the old wrap, yet Bilell and the Apex team were incredibly accommodating, fixing as much as possible at minimal extra cost. In fact, the only additional charge was for repainting areas where the original wrap had caused damage, or where attention was required for things like minor stone chips etc, which was more than reasonable. This really became a labour of love for them, a lot of very hard time consuming work to achieve the result, and I can not thank them enough for the simply exquisite attention to detail.The service from Apex, and Bilell in particular, was of the highest standard imaginable, and the final result has completely exceeded my expectations. My GT-R now looks simply stunning, and with a 10-year warranty on the PPF, I know it will stay that way for many years to come. Great experience from first WhatsApp to job finished. Ravi handled me on WhatsApp and provided me all the information I needed. Once I arrived for my appointment, Billel talked me through all the options and did not try and sell anything. Provided expert advice and helped to decide options. Car was done in less than 2 days for Some PPF and Ceramic coating. Car looks fantastic and the ceramic coating really makes water roll right off.
