May 14, 2024I had my new X4 wrapped in Xpel clear ppf. Gaurav and Alex were responsive when communicating pre and after sales. Apex did a great job with the installation. I took my car to Al Shees a week after installation. The seams and edges held up very well. No sign of peeling or dust accumulation, not that it matters because Apex guaranteed their installation and product for 10 years. There were minor bubbling and that was taken care of as part of their follow up inspection. I recommend Apex.

February 15, 2024This is truly one of the best places to have any services done on your car. I recently bought a Tesla Model Y and was concerned for the car as these cars now come without park assist sensors. I considered many other studios for the same, but the customer service is what led me here. Gaurav (owner) is one of the most honest and knowledgeable people you well ever meet when it comes to cars. This was my first time doing PPF on my vehicle and so I was a bit apprehensive about the cost of the service. Gaurav took the time to explain it to me and even asked me not to do it if I did not feel comfortable with the same. He puts the needs of the customer above the revenue he would generate from your business. Surprisingly. My car was ready with the PPF and tints within 2 days. When I went to collect the car, I was shocked. The car was even shinier than when I got it. It did not change the look of the car in any way, and it is still impossible to tell that there is a PPF installed on the car. Out of curiosity, I took a coin and lightly crazed the side of the car. There was indeed a thick film protecting the paint of the car. I was pleasantly surprised as I expected it to be a thin plastic film covering the car that will protect the paint from the sun and tree sap. However, it is quite a thick layer that should protect the car from scratches and scrapes. I would highly recommend Apex Detail Studio to anyone who genuinely cares about their cars and is willing to go the extra mile to protect the looks of their car.
