What did we do to this Ford Raptor R?
We covered every painted panel with precut paint protection film and tinted the windows. The film went over the factory RAPTOR graphics too, and the headlights were filmed to protect them from stone chips.

Why does a Raptor R need full PPF?
Because off-road trucks take more paint damage than almost anything else on the road. The wide tyres throw gravel and sand at the fenders, doors and lower panels, and every desert drive sandblasts the front end.
Full PPF takes that damage instead of the paint. The film is self-healing, so light swirls disappear with heat, and it keeps the factory paint original, which matters on a limited, high-value truck like the Raptor R.
What does full tuck-in precut PPF mean?
Precut means each panel of film is cut to the exact shape of the Raptor R by a plotter before it touches the truck, so there is no blade work on the paint. Full tuck-in means we add extra film around the edges and wrap it behind each panel, so the edges are sealed and you cannot see a film line.
Sealed edges matter in Dubai. Sand and dust cannot get under the film, and the edges are far less likely to lift after pressure washes.
How did we protect the Raptor R, step by step?
- Inspection. We checked the paint and graphics before work began.
- Wash. A full wash removed dirt and sand from every panel.
- Clay bar decontamination. Bonded contamination was removed so the film bonds cleanly.
- Precut film. Patterns for the Raptor R were cut by plotter.
- Installation. Film was laid panel by panel, squeegeed flat and worked around the bonnet vents and graphics.
- Edge tuck. Edges were wrapped and tucked in for a seamless finish.
- Headlights and tint. Headlight film went on, and the side and rear glass were tinted.
- Final inspection. Every panel was checked under studio lights before handover.
