What was done on this Jetour G700 Black Edition?
Five changes, all aimed at one result: a cleaner, more aggressive G700 that looks finished rather than modified. Each one removes a factory compromise.
- Matte PPF: full body premium matte paint protection film turned the grey into a flat satin finish and protects every painted panel from chips and scratches.
- Plastics painted gloss black: the G700’s matte grey plastic cladding on the arches, sills and bumpers was painted gloss black, so the lower body contrasts cleanly with the matte paint.
- Custom black trims: remaining bright and mismatched trim pieces were finished in black.
- Body coloured door handles: the factory black handles were colour matched to the body so the doors read as one clean surface.
- OEM roof lights: genuine roof lights mounted above the windscreen for an expedition style front end.

The difference is clearest side by side. Before, the G700 wears mixed finishes: matte grey plastics, black handles, a plain roofline. After, it has a matte body, gloss black lower trim and a lit roofline.

Which parts of a G700 can be blacked out?
Almost any exterior part that is not body colour can be darkened, and body parts can be colour matched. You can choose all of them or just one or two.
- Plastic cladding: arches, sills and bumper sections, painted gloss black as on this car.
- Grille bar and JETOUR lettering: the biggest visual change from the front.
- Front and rear skid plates: silver on many G700s; black makes the bumpers look lower and heavier.
- Door handles: black to body colour, or the other way round.
- Wheels: painting all four rims is AED 4,000 before VAT.
- Badges and lettering: tailgate badges and script.
- Accessories: OEM roof lights and similar parts fitted at the same time.
Should I paint or wrap the trim on a G700?
Both work. Paint is permanent and very durable, which is why we painted the plastics on this car; wrap film is reversible and protects the part underneath.

Should I do the blackout before or after PPF?
Paint work first, then PPF. Painted parts need to be fully finished before film goes over the body, and booking both together means the car is only prepared once.

Does a blackout affect warranty or resale?
