What does matte PPF do to a Jetour G700?
Matte PPF changes how the paint reflects light, not the colour itself. The film’s textured top layer scatters light, so a gloss blue G700 becomes a soft satin blue with crisp, defined body lines.
The G700 suits it well. It is a square, upright off-roader with flat doors, a near vertical tailgate and strong creases along the bonnet and wheel arches. How we fitted matte PPF to this G700 GAIA
Every panel is prepared first, then precut film is laid with full edge tuck-in so no paint edge is left showing. That matters more on matte than on gloss, because any lifted edge or contaminated area is easier to see on a satin surface.
