What is included in a professional ceramic coating price?

A professional ceramic coating price should include full decontamination, paint correction to the agreed level, a genuine professional coating, application in a controlled environment, proper curing and clear aftercare advice. Most of the cost is labour on preparation, not the bottle of coating.

• Wash and decontamination. Removing dirt, iron fallout, tar and old wax so the coating can bond.

A large SUV needs more product and many more hours than a compact car. A new car may need only a light polish, while a daily driver that has been through Dubai summers and car wash brushes may need a multi stage correction. Why is a cheap ceramic coating offer often a false saving?

A cheap ceramic coating is usually cheap because the paint correction is skipped, the product is not a genuine professional coating, or the application is rushed in poor conditions. Any one of those means the coating looks worse and fades sooner.
