Why do Porsche 911 owners choose Apex Detail Studio for PPF?
Because the 911 is a car we know well, and owners can see every one we have done before they book. The reasons owners give us come down to six things.
- Experience on the exact car: 911s across every generation and model line, many with their own write up.
- Work you can see first: full builds on our YouTube channel and step by step photos from the jobs themselves.
- Edges done properly: film tucked around panel edges so no line shows, and parts removed only when the car needs it.
- Preparation before film: inspection, wash, decontamination and paint correction where needed, because film locks in whatever is underneath.
- A written 10 year warranty on both film and workmanship.
- Easy to deal with: no deposit, pick up and drop off across Dubai, and a team that explains the options before any work starts.

How does Apex handle the hardest parts of a 911?
Slowly, by hand, and with the film wrapped around the edges. A 911 looks compact, but almost every panel is a compound curve, and the rear of the car is the hardest shape we wrap.
- The rear haunches: the wide rear quarters curve in two directions at once. Two installers stretch and set one sheet slowly so it lies flat with no lines.
- GT aero: deep front intakes, bonnet vents and large rear wings with swan neck mounts each need their own edge work.
- Lettering and lights: the PORSCHE script, model badges and the full width rear light bar all have film pressed down around them by hand.
- Edges: film is tucked around panel edges, not cut short on the face of the panel where dirt collects and film lifts.
- Parts off only when needed: the GT3 RS and the Viola Carrera were done with precut film and no parts removed. On the blue Carrera colour change, the front bumper came off so the film could wrap behind the panel edges.

What does Apex do before any film goes on?
Every 911 is inspected, washed, decontaminated and checked under studio light first. PPF locks in whatever is underneath, so the preparation decides how the finished car looks.
We check the factory paint with you and record any marks. The car gets a full foam wash and decontamination. If there are swirls or chips, the paint is corrected before film. If panels are damaged, we can repair them first: the 996 Turbo had its damaged panels repainted in our spray booth before its colour PPF. Film patterns are cut on our plotter for the exact car. Our PPF installation process explains each stage.

How should I compare Apex with other PPF studios in Dubai?
Ask every studio the same questions, including us. The answers tell you more than the headline price.
- Have you done a 911? Ask to see photos or video of the exact model.
- What does full body include? Every painted panel, including the roof, rear haunches, engine lid and mirrors?
- How are the edges finished? Tucked around the panels, or cut short on the surface?
- Will any parts come off? And if so, who refits them?
- What is the warranty? Does it cover workmanship as well as film, and is it in writing?
- What happens before the film? Is paint correction included where needed?
